Project management

Project management is the key role in a project. Focus is on organizing the project realization and is therefore responsible for reaching the project results. The project manager leads project team, arranges contracts and involvement of suppliers and engineers, and controls safety, costs and benefits, time schedule and quality. The project manager also reports to management or steering committee. On the basis of technical and project experiences, the project is controlled.

Markets

Experiences in industrial environments such as Chemicals (Teijin Aramid), Food (FrieslandCampina, different Opco’s), Gas/energy/waste (Gasunie, Twence, HVC, AVR (van Gansewinkel)). Technical and management background obtained from an engineering company (Tebodin B.V.).

Position of manager of the Process Technology and Consultancy departments, member of management team. Experience with selection, performance management and continuous improvement.
