The works were executed in an expert team with KH Engineering (Erik de Boer) and RH DHV (Gerard Fil\u00e9).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div> Role: Overall project management of the Phoenix project for the final completion phase and start up. A rebuild and expansion of the current cheese production facility after the fire of July 2014. Completion of the storage and treatment facilities. Role: overall project management of the project team. A total renewal and expansion of the current processing plant of Evap (Evaporated dairy products). Characteristics: Capacity 550 kton\/yr, new technologies, large impact on operation, complex process and logistics. The line consists of new canning equipment, filler, sterilizer, labelling and packing equipment placed in a new building.
